Our agency’s first husband and wife realtor team. The couple specializes in residential properties including rentals, one and two family houses, investment properties and starter homes for first time homebuyers. Working together, they will combine their knowledge to help any client find just what they are looking for.
Background: A lifelong resident of Rutherford, Matthew attended the University of Rhode Island and Montclair State University where he double majored in finance and marketing. Entering into the real estate business nine years ago, he has received the NJ Circle of Excellence Awards in 2000,2001,2002,2003, and 2005. He was honored with the Realtor Associate of the Year Award for the Meadowland Board of Realtors in 2001. Matthew was also acknowledged in the 2002 Realtor’s Magazine’s “30 Under 30”, where he was recognized for being one of the 30 up and coming “movers and shakers” under 30 years old in the real estate field. Matthew is also president of MG The Garabedian Group Landscape Contractors, making him a favorite for builders and real estate investors.
Coleen, raised in Ocean County, attended Rider University where she majored in business. She made a career switch to real estate in 2005. Tapping into her purchasing background from her previous career, she took her passion for real estate and orchestrated numerous successful deals. An effective communicator and attentive listener, she strives to intimately know her client’s needs and desires. In a short time, she’s been able to utilize her business skills to effectively negotiate the purchase, sale and lease of various residential properties.
