Minja Shin a native of South Korea is a graduate of Kuyong Hee University in Korea and attended NYU University as well as FIT in New York.
“Mini” has been the recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award presented by The New Jersey Association of Realtors for many years starting in the mid 1990’s. As a full time Realtor with Kurgan-Bergen for over 20 years she has also been Kurgan’s top rental and leasing producer during this period. The majority of her customers, both buyers and renters have relocated directly from South Korea or the NY Metropolitan area. Mrs. Shin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Meadowlands Board of Realtors and the NJ MLS. Through her many years of personal Real Estate investing, Mini has a great source of knowledge of properties available for clients that are interested in short term, as well as long term growth. Finally, Mrs. Shin takes great pride as an active participant in the Korean community and church.
