Olivia Schettino is inspired by a deep feeling of obligation to not only the community in which she lives, but the people she serves. A resident of the Meadowlands area for over 30 years she has in-depth knowledge of the community and the market. She embraces the quality of life she enjoys and thrives on helping others.

Their loyalty to her is due to the attentive service, sensitivity and trustworthiness she exhibits in all her encounters, and to the fine results she achieves for buyers, sellers and renters alike. A strong believer in keeping the stress of buying or selling property at a minimum for clients, Olivia educates them along the way to increase their sense of control over the entire process.
Olivia is proud to say that her son Joseph Schettino has followed in his mothers’ footsteps working closely with her at Kurgan-Bergen.
Olivia and her husband have raised two children and are now enjoying two lovely granddaughters. She is active in the community, belonging to the Loins Club and The Woman’s Club of Carlstadt. Professionally over the past 22 years she has been a member of the National and New Jersey Association of Realtors, the New Jersey, Hudson County and the Garden State Board of Realtors. Olivia is a member of the Million Dollar Sales Club and Circle of Excellence Award Winner.
