Araxy is a native of Ridgewood N.J., a graduate of Glen Rock H.S,  Ramapo College and the overseas equivalent of the Fashion Institute. Mrs. Halvajian who is fluent in Armenian and Arabic currently resides in Saddle River.   She specializes in the sale of ‘high-end ‘properties both resale’s and new construction. Recent contracts include homes and estates located in Ridgewood, Paramus, Saddle River, Rutherford, and Washington Township.  Araxy states “The market for luxury homes and buyers is very competitive with most clients seeking to view homes in many areas rather than in one particular town”. This is where her vast knowledge of the different communities in Bergen, Passaic and Hudson Counties over the past 25 years allows her to excel. Charitable Work
Araxy has been instrumental in organizing charity fundraisers to assist children with cardiac care. Further, her desire to help animals has included animal rescue missions, and adoption placement for needy pets.
